SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class as standard. Shipping upgrades are available at the checkout if you would like a quicker delivery. If you have a custom eco-friendly product idea then please allow additional time its development although we aim to have all orders dispatched within 5 working days.
A proof of postage is obtained from the Post Office for each order posted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be postmarked with fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please email hello@kurabelle.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please include RMA and your order number in the subject line of the email. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return,. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note: items of an intimate nature such as nursing pads cannot be returned.
